Nůž "PCHAK H"
Pchak H (from Uzbek pichaq - knives) - traditional Uzbek Nůž. Characteristic feature of pchaků is a wedge-shaped cut, a relatively wide blade. The blade can be made of various steels, stainless and damask. The shape of AIR's Pchak tip is called "Tugri". The handle is relatively narrow in the shape of a beak "chakmok".
Pchak is widespread throughout Central Asia. Today, bees are ideal for use in the kitchen - for slicing meat, slicing bread, fruits, vegetables and of course juicy melons and pumpkins.
