Its composition contains 1.6 carbon, which provides a good cut and strength of the Nůž, as well as 11% chromium, which allows it to cope well with the formation of corrosion deposits. However, steels rust on long-term exposure to humid environments, so it is recommended to rinse and wipe the Nůž after use.
